The Blue Lodge in Bordeaux also known as La Maison Bleue is one of Bordeaux’s very first guesthouses.
Since 2007, this elegant 19th-century townhouse in the Saint-Genès district (southwest in the historic city center) has welcomed travelers as guests in a real, lived-in home – calm, elegant, and personal.
No codes, no anonymous check-in: I, your host, open the door to you, guide you, and share my best tips – just as I once did with international students learning French.
This house holds a bit of my story, a bit of the city’s… and a lot of yours.
